I could not save my wife.
Help Me Fund the Research That Could Save Yours.
After Amy passed, I kept thinking about that moment in the doctor’s office.
What if there had been a test?
What if we had known sooner?
I couldn’t change our story. But I could fight to change someone else’s.
That is why this foundation exists.
We are funding research focused on one goal: detecting ovarian cancer earlier, when women have more options, more time, more hope.
I believe in the scientists doing this work. I believe progress is possible.
And I believe Amy’s story can help write a different ending for someone else.

What Is Amy’s Foundation?
THE REALITY
There is no routine screening today. No equivalent to a Pap smear or mammogram.
THE STATS
1 in 78 women will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer. 70% are found at Stage 3 or later. Half will not survive five years.
THE RESEARCH
Amy’s Foundation funds the development of the first reliable early detection test for ovarian cancer.
THE PARTNERSHIP
In partnership with Cleveland Clinic and leading medical researchers, we are working to change that.
Meet Amy's Allies
Amy’s Allies are people helping move ovarian cancer early detection forward in different ways.
Some give monthly. Some volunteer. Some share this mission with their community or tell their story.
Everyone brings something. And every action helps push this work closer to reality.

MY WIFE WAS DIAGNOSED TOO LATE.
The doctor said the word cancer and it felt like the room stopped breathing.
Wait. What?
No. That can’t be right.
She isn’t sick. She just had a checkup. She goes every year. She takes care of herself. You must be wrong.
Say it again.
You’re wrong.
Tell me you’re wrong.
But they weren’t.
By the time we understood what we were facing, it was already advanced.
There was no test that could have caught it sooner. No routine screening. Nothing that would have warned us.
Just a sentence that changed everything.
I started Amy’s Foundation because I never want another family to sit in that chair and wonder if earlier detection could have changed the story.

There is no early detection test for ovarian cancer. That's terrifying! That's why I'm here. Women deserve this!

My mom passed away 3 years ago after a battle with Ovarian cancer. Had there been a test to find it early, she'd still be here today.

When it’s found early it’s usually by accident, almost everyone is stage 3 or 4 when diagnosed. It’s unconscionable that there is still no early conclusive test for OC.
