Welcome to amysfoundation.org (the “Site”), operated by Amy’s Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Indiana. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Site
This Site is intended to share information about Amy’s Foundation’s mission, programs, and initiatives, and to provide ways to get involved through donations, volunteering, or email updates.

2. Donations
Amy’s Foundation accepts one-time and recurring donations through a secure third-party payment processor (Generosity). By donating, you agree to their terms and privacy policies. Donations are typically tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; a receipt will be provided via email for your records.
We do not offer refunds on donations unless required by law.

3. Email Communication
By submitting your email address through any form on the Site, you agree to receive updates and communications from Amy’s Foundation. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
We use Salesforce to manage supporter information and communication.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, and designs — is the property of Amy’s Foundation or used with permission from third-party licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Tools and Tracking
We use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to better understand how visitors use our Site and to improve our outreach. These services may collect certain technical information as described in our Privacy Policy.
